The Challenge

Disney needed a mobile solution that could enhance the guest experience at Disneyland Resort by simplifying trip planning, reducing wait times, and creating magical moments through technology. The challenge was to design an intuitive, feature-rich app that could serve as a digital concierge for millions of visitors—without compromising the enchantment of the park.

The Vision

The goal was to bring the magic of Disneyland to guests’ fingertips. A seamless mobile experience that combined real-time data, personalized planning, and interactive features to help families make the most of their visit—from hotel check-in to fireworks at night.
