The Challenge
Holiday Inn wanted to revitalize its on-site dining experience to better engage the local community and attract a broader audience. The existing restaurant lacked a distinct identity and failed to stand out in Southern California’s competitive hospitality and culinary scene. The challenge was to create a concept that felt both locally rooted and modern, while aligning with Holiday Inn’s global brand standards.
The Vision
To transform the restaurant into a vibrant gastro pub that celebrates local history and culture, while offering a contemporary and inviting atmosphere. The goal was to build a brand that would resonate with both hotel guests and neighborhood patrons—making it a destination in its own right.
