Empowering UX/UI Teams to Master Salesforce and Achieve Certification

The Challenge
I was asked to lead a specialized initiative aimed at helping UX leads and designers at Wipro gain a deeper understanding of Salesforce and prepare for certification. The objective was to equip the team with the knowledge and confidence needed to design intuitive, scalable experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem.
The Vision
To begin, I outlined a clear roadmap that introduced the platform’s structure, explained its relevance to user experience, and highlighted the value of certification. I focused on making Salesforce approachable by breaking down its architecture, emphasizing the role of design in driving adoption, and aligning our practices with the Lightning Design System.
To support ongoing growth, I launched a dedicated Teams channel where designers could ask questions, share progress, and mentor one another. This space became a hub for collaboration and accountability.
The Solution
The results were clear. Designers gained confidence, improved their fluency in Salesforce, and began applying their skills more effectively in cross-functional projects. Certification readiness increased, and our UX contributions became more consistent and impactful across implementations.
This experience reinforced my belief in the power of strategic training, empathetic leadership, and hands-on learning to elevate both individual careers and team performance.
